Pawel Mikutowicz
With 20+ years in executive roles, Pawel Mikutowicz has driven growth and innovation in mortgage banking, payments, and fintech. He excels in market expansion, sales strategy, and building high-performance teams.
His expertise spans product development, customer acquisition, and process optimization, leveraging technology for superior outcomes. Known for his strategic vision and customer-centric approach, he thrives in dynamic environments.
Pawel holds an Executive MBA from the University of Minnesota and stays ahead of industry trends to ensure lasting success.
Petr Rasocha
Petr Rasocha is an experienced executive in investments, banking, finance, M&A, and publishing. As a board member of SNP INVEST, he oversees investment strategy, focusing on healthcare abroad.
Previously, he co-founded and chaired an international financial group, helping build a major consumer finance provider in Russia. He also led VAB Bank as Chairman and CEO, restoring its market position.
His career includes leadership roles at GE Capital, Citigroup, IBM, and Bertelsmann AG across Europe. A Czech emigrant, he spent a year in an Italian immigration camp before earning finance and economics degrees in Canada. He later achieved his dream of teaching in Prague.
